Services and Fees
Private Pay: Our clinicians have varying cash pay rates per session depending on level of experience and expertise. Rates can vary from $75 to $165 per session. Please inquire directly with the office to find out specific rates for each therapist. Interns can also offer reduced sliding fee for those in financial need. These rates may be different than insurance contracted rates.
Insurance Pay: Each insurance has a set contracted rate that they reimburse for mental health visits. Please check directly with your insurance to find out specific information about your plan, such as cost of a copay, coinsurance or deductible rate. Please note, some insurances allow for supervisory billing which means pre-licensed or associate therapists will have claims billed under their supervisors name. We are happy to explain this process and you can inquire directly to the office.
We currently accept the following insurances: Blue Cross Blue Shield ( BCBS), Cigna, DBMA, EMI, PEHP, Select Health (not Signature), University of Utah, Huntsman Mental Health Institute (HMHI-BN), and Utah State Medicaid. Not all clinicians accept all insurances so please inquire directly for more information.
We are also happy to accept clergy pay, and can offer cash pay rates for those that choose to not use their insurance. We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards for payment.
Cancellation Policy: Please note we require 24 hour notice for cancellation of therapy appointments. Failure to do so may incur a $75 late cancel fee.
ESA Letters: Please note, that we do not write letters for emotional support animals (ESA) for current or new clients. We are happy to find you a therapist in the community that is trained to do these evaluations.
